I have a BSc in Psychology and have been a helper in both physical & mental health for over a decade with experience supporting people of all ages with a vast range of presenting issues. Simply book a free 15-minute phone consultation (Zoom calls by request) using the link below. From there we can discuss your goals and see how I can help. The next step is an Initial Consultation either in-person or online. The Initial Consultation and each follow-up session last for 1 hour with the exception of the Smoking Cessation treatments – where there is a one-hour Initial Consultation and an additional one-off session lasting 2 hours approximately.

Sessions take place in my office in Hale, Altrincham. In-person appointments are discreet, with a fully private room and individualized care, or we can arrange online appointments via the Zoom App from the comfort of your home. Sessions are once weekly usually between 8 – 12 weeks, although this can vary depending on individual circumstances. Phobias can usually be resolved in as few as four sessions, again depending on individual circumstances.

Sessions are always solution focused and positive, focusing on your goals. It will always be you who will decide when your treatment is finished. Sessions are client based with the understanding that you know what works for you. That being said, a full client commitment is crucial to success.

  • Initial Consultations are £75

  • Smoking cessation sessions are payable in advance £175 (Deposit of £75 payable on booking)

  • Hypnotherapy sessions are £75 per session (15% discount available for health workers, teachers, police, military, and pensioners)
